Negombo To Dambulla

After breakfast at your hotel, check out and begin your journey to Dambulla, a city rich in cultural and historical significance.

En route, stop to explore the magnificent Dambulla Cave Temple – a UNESCO World Heritage Site, renowned for its stunning cave paintings and over 150 statues of Lord Buddha. This sacred temple complex, dating back to the 1st century BC, offers breathtaking views of the surrounding plains.

Continue your drive to Dambulla and check in to your hotel. Relax and enjoy the evening at leisure.

Day 3
Dambulla

After breakfast at the hotel, set out to visit the world-famous Sigiriya Rock Fortress – another UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Often called the “Eighth Wonder of the World,” Sigiriya is a 5th-century rock citadel built by King Kashyapa. Marvel at the frescoes, mirror wall, water gardens, and the breathtaking panoramic views from the summit.

Afternoon at leisure. Guests may opt for an exciting jeep safari in Habarana, where you can witness elephants and other wildlife in their natural habitat. (Safari experience is optional and not included in the package price.)

Return to your hotel in Dambulla and relax for the evening.

Dambulla To Kandy

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards the hill capital, Kandy – a city known for its cultural charm and scenic beauty.

En route, stop at a National Spice Garden, where you will discover Sri Lanka’s world-famous spices and herbs, along with their traditional uses in cuisine and healing.

Upon arrival in Kandy, enjoy a city tour, taking in highlights such as the beautiful Kandy Lake, local markets, and colonial landmarks. In the evening, visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa)
– one of the most venerated sites in Sri Lanka, housing the relic of Lord Buddha’s tooth. Witness the spiritual rituals that make this temple a UNESCO World Heritage treasure.

Kandy

After breakfast, spend the day at leisure in Kandy.
Guests may opt for a scenic excursion to Nuwara Eliya, often called “Little England”, famed for its tea plantations and cool climate. (Optional – not included in package)

After breakfast, transfer from Kandy to Bentota, the beachside paradise of the south.
En route, visit the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery, a conservation project dedicated to
protecting endangered sea turtles.
